Exhortation - Psalm 146:3-4

“Trust not in princes!” It’s misunderstood and abused in our age. This verse is trotted out anytime someone supports a politician they believe will lead their country in a better direction. So what does scripture mean by this? And what should we be concerned about, with respect to this passage?
